Roomrates in US Dollar: All prices of the hotel are calculated in Euro, the european cuurency. For easier reading we show also the prices nearly in US Dollars, so that you don't have to know the relation between the currency exchange rates. Certainly, because of the changing rates it is only a help and not the real price of the bill. On September, 09 2002 1 Euro = 0,98 US$.

Overnight accomodation prices indicated above are end prices in US$ per room and night including breakfast (breakfast buffet), service and VAT according to our business- and payment conditions in its each valid case version. The prices of the season C are cashrates - for deviating methods of payment we raise an addition at a value of 5%.

A - overnight accomodation from Monday till Friday outside of season B + C.
B - overnight accomodation during regional fairs and exhibitions; starting 1 day before beginning of the fair until its last day. Fair calendar inside the area "extent of utilization".
C - overnight accomodation from Friday till Monday as well as legal holidays outside of the season B and

Number of the overnight accomodation (without break) per room with continuous allocation. To season-exceeding allocations the respective prices are calculated by the total number of the coherent overnight accomodation apply.

For reservation periods more than 4 overnight accomodation without break, allocations of several weeks (e.g. in each case Monday - Friday), continuous allocation (also on month renting base) as well as company or group reservations starting from 5 persons - prices on request.
